*These issues and any other "diagnosed medical conditions" require a written referral from your physician BEFORE an appointment is made.

"Packages" are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be paid in full at the Initial Visit, except Smoking Cessation which must be paid at the time the appointment is booked.

Payments and Insurance

For Smoking Cessation only, we require payment at the time that you schedule your appointment.

Please understand, I am reserving 2 full hours of my valuable & irreplaceable time for your benefit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or just plain not show up, I sustain a significant loss. Please consider this "pre-payment" as a commitment to becoming a non-smoker on the date and time you selected.

If you don't show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit $180 of your deposit. If you want a refund at that time, you get $120 back. If you wish to reschedule, you will be charged an additional $180 at the time you reschedule!

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you, but I have been "burned" too many times in the past by smokers who lose their courage at the last minute and cancel their appointment or just plain not show up. This policy forces you to make the commitment to be here.

For all other issues, payment is expected at the time of service.

We accept personal checks, cash and Visa/Master Card as payment for our services.

Cancellation Policy:

Because our time is irreplaceable, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being billed.

Insurance:

We do not accept any form of insurance. I suggest you think of our services as something that you will pay for personally. That wll both protect your privacy and help you value the work you are doing even more. In general, insurance companies do not like to cover hypnotic services, and I caution you not to expect them to do so. We do not bill third parties.

It is quite possible that some of our services may qualify for reimbursement from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Medical Expense Reimbursement Account. Please check with you employer or plan administrator for details.
